Make An Impact With Us

Our programs visit classrooms, birthday parties, summer camps and more. Teachers: book your school program today! Parents: advocate to bring Things That Creep to your child's classroom and learn with them.

Your time and dedication is wonderful way to contribute! We offer training in public outreach as well as animal care and handling. Volunteer at events and at our facility to get hands-on experience with our animal ambassadors! Learn more about the volunteer opportunities available.

Choices you make in your outdoor space can support biodiversity in our community. Cultivate native plants, incorporate a water source such as a pond or bird bath, and avoid the use of pesticides. Support local efforts in your community to preserve natural spaces and create habitat! Check out our badge program for information on how to be a good neighbor to nature and to earn badges along the way!

Your old car can fund educational programs! Visit careasy.org/nonprofit/thingsthatcreep to schedule a free vehicle pickup, and proceeds will be donated to TTC.

Hands-on connection can change one’s perception of an animal - our animal ambassadors do that every day. Sponsoring our animal ambassadors helps keep them fed, housed, and healthy, so that they can continue doing what they do best: bringing hands-on education to students and our community members across the bay.

These are some things we need for our facility - there is no Amazon links added, as we love supporting small businesses and secondhand items. If you have any of these things hanging out in your home and are no longer using or have a local shop you can support, that is ideal.
